Welcome!
My name is Rachael and I am so glad you are here. I am an Ohio native who found her way to California in 2019. I started running when I was 15 years old and have had a deep love for the sport ever sense. I attended John Carroll University (Go Streaks!) where I ran both Track and Cross Country. After college, I started primarily running marathons and triathlons, though I still have a love for the 5k.
Outside of running, I love hiking and backpacking trips with my boyfriend, Cody, our three kids, and two dogs. I work in law enforcement and love my job. Long runs with girlfriends is a love language for me.
Rachael Runs Coaching was born out of a deep passion for running and a desire to share that passion with others. I understand the challenges and rewards that come with the sport. With personalized training plans, race preparation, and injury prevention techniques, I'll help you achieve your running goals while staying healthy and motivated. Through dedication, expertise, and a genuine love for the sport, I am committed to guiding you on your journey to success.
